I am deeply honored to have been named Security & Cybersecurity Manager of the Year 2025 as Group Chief Information Security Officer at TITAN Group. This recognition is more than a personal milestone. It is a recognition of the strategic role cybersecurity plays in enabling innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.

As TITAN continues to pioneer digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and advanced solutions across our value chain, cybersecurity stands as a critical foundation. Together with my team, we have designed and implemented a robust cybersecurity strategy and innovative governance practices that safeguard TITAN’s digital ecosystem and support a secure, scalable transformation program.

The moment of recognition was also deeply human for me.

With sincerity and a bit of humor, I shared something that everyone in cybersecurity knows well. We are often the people who say “no”, and the people who do not sleep. Behind the systems, frameworks, controls, and technologies, there are people. People who carry responsibility quietly and consistently, so that everyone else can sleep a little better. People who protect, anticipate, respond, and care.

I dedicate this award to the TITAN team that entrusted me with this responsibility. To my colleagues and partners who stay awake alongside me during the most demanding moments. And to our families, who support us through the pressure, uncertainty, and intensity that come with this role.

This distinction also reflects the broader culture of TITAN. It is a culture where talent grows, ideas thrive, and innovation leads. This reminds me that digital leadership is never an individual achievement. It is a collective journey powered by skilled teams, trusted collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
