Professional Carrier & Entrepreneurship
Currently serving as Group CISO at TITAN Cement Group, Panagiotis is establishing the company’s first Office of the CISO, developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that bridge both IT and operational technology environments.
Before joining TITAN in 2024, Panagiotis led a team of 20 security and privacy professionals at Omilia – Conversational Intelligence, where he established their first information security function and managed a €1.5M annual security budget. His leadership resulted in compliance with 27 regulatory frameworks and industry standards, including ISO27001, NIST800-53, and PCI-DSS.
Throughout Panagiotis Kalantzis professional journey and career, Panagiotis has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit alongside corporate leadership. He founded PHI Consultancy, offering specialized security services across EMEA, and held key positions at SYNTAX IT Inc., epic cy, KPMG Greece, and Trasys in Belgium. His experience spans diverse sectors including financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, transportation, and government.

Panagiotis holds an MSc in Information Systems from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Patras. His expertise is certified through prestigious credentials including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CDSPE, and CRISC, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence.
